I am a curriculum and instructional design expert with more than six years of experience developing and implementing live and remote training for learners of various ages and abilities. Working in sales enablement, I have gained skills managing LMS and CMS platforms, as well as creating engaging content for online adult learners. Because of my experiences as an educator, I can work independently and/or collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines. I enjoy designing instruction that helps people accomplish their goals, and I am passionate about facilitating a work environment in which people can thrive. I have developed my own curriculum, created many of my own assessments based on best practices, and analyzed data to determine and address learners' instructional needs. I possess the skills necessary for management, editorial, and analysis roles, and I am passionate about learning all there is to know when faced with a challenge. In my free time, you'll find me reading, listening to podcasts, or cuddling with my 60-pound lap dogs.
