  From starting position as a student employee, took initiative to assume all responsibilities of a full-time technician and develop comprehensive knowledge of department equipment, software, supported spaces, and policies. Coordinated with management to create new administrative specialist position, built on in-depth knowledge of previous role to improve booking, scheduling and billing procedures.
