Warehouse Team Leader Assistant
Current⦁ Conducting HR investigation meetings, gathering and analysing evidence and making decisions on further actions.⦁ Collecting, cleaning, analysing and manipulating data to ensure continuous optimisation of warehouse operations.⦁ Investigating and resolving delivery discrepancies, ensuring quality and liaising with purchasing team.⦁ Remapping (Allocating new products, observing existing stock and analysing data for quick recognition of new trends and relocation to eliminate time waste⦁ Investigating stock discrepancies and picking packing errors⦁ Training and coaching team members to ensure they will meet objectives and reach their full potential⦁ Composing meeting minutes and reports.
