My primary focus is to design, develop and release products and systems that enhance the day-to-day experience of players.- Revamped League of Legends rewards and economy as part of the Seasons update in 2025 including an overhaul to the Battle Pass, consolidation of rewards, and tuning of missions and experience- Developing strategy around accessories (Icons, Emotes, etc.) to enable players to better express themselves in game and showcase their affinity for specific champions and moments- Managing our Content Operations team to improve our workflow processes and establish clearer defined areas of ownership and expertise
