- Collaborate with program participants to identify service place that correlates with resolving presenting problems and obstacles to maintaining housing stability;- Answer City Wide phone calls as part of ERAP hotline , while providing real-time application assistance- Maintain weekly or bi-weekly contact with clients to follow up on application status;- Maintain records of case progress and enter case related information into AWARDS database- Conduct and/or participate in housing related workshops and activities- Assist participants in identifying the proper financial resources- Compile and submit applications through OTDA ERAP portal - Make appointments with landlords and other housing agents to assist with ERAP Application- Work collaboratively with legal services staff to identify client's active legal proceedings- Treat all client's, visitors and employees with respect, compassion and integrity- Enforce facility rules and regulation to maintain compliance - Attend staff meeting as required- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all clients, visitors and employees- Time management and prioritization- Maintain an awareness of new developments in social services and related fields- Perform general clerical duties

Contribute and provide outreach and service delivery working along with political offices,city agencies, hospitals, and businesses to support families. Manage and develop Educational programs, Social Events, and Youth Leadership in theBronx community Locate and provide to appropriate community resources for tenants. Provide home visit to evaluate tenants living conditions. Provide aid to individuals and/or families requiring the assistance of social services.
