 Led and supported S&P teams to source projects and approvals for 500+ contracts in construction, professional services and material procurement areas. Conducted spend-and-bid analysis, created vendor profiles and industry research-related task to value engineering opportunities and support vendor negotiations. Served as liaison between internal & external parties during contract development and negotiations. Negotiated contracts, terms, conditions, and pricing and ensured its accurate execution and satisfaction for Shanghai project and various Disneyland Resort initiatives. Analyzed and evaluated total cost and supply chain management methods to identify efficiencies and reduce TCO. In RFP, negotiated with the vendor to reduce their rates for services rendered resulting in $2M cost savings within strategic sourcing department. Collaborated with PMCS team to modify and implement the Contract Close-Out Report which ensured unexpended monies are transferred to the budget of another project, thus resulting in cost savings and adding value to the ROI.

 Facilitated legal analysis of costs and primetime programming leading to the development of 5,000+ fully-executed agreements resulting in cost savings for the networks. Collaborated with I.T. to launch Global Tracs, an automated Term Sheet system for Business Affairs & Acquisitions Group which increased efficiencies for the operative business of the department and resulted in the implementation of a more robust, real time term sheet; Implemented legal cost analysis resulting in cost savings for acquired primetime content and all channels worldwide. Ensured compliance of financial documents according to Sony and Sarbanes-Oxley protocol for Business Affairs invoices.

 Distributed publicity and promotional material for SPTI Product and Acquisitions which corresponds to the AXN Channels, SET Latin America and Cinenova. Led the successful implementation of AXN LA, Animax LA, AXN Germany and Animax Germany, which generated millions of dollars contributing to a successful ROI and allowed for further channel growth in those territories. Coordinated satellite feeds and implemented contingency plans for the Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, Golden Globe Awards and Grammy Awards, which generated $300M for our International Channels. Analyzed quality control reports for acquisitions and negotiated rates with vendors to ensure cost savings.
