• Controller of Singapore Innovation Center (one of three worldwide R&D Hubs)

• Retail expansion plan: 28 boutiques in three years. P&L simulations, opening validation and profit follow up.
• Ecommerce launch: systems implementation, ROI analysis, expenses follow up (shipping costs, customer Service, order management software), promotions control, product mix analysis.
• Sales monitoring: definition of daily objectives and monitoring KPIs by boutique (APT, UPT, CR, discount, product mix). Action plan if needed
• Expenses follow up: marketing, merchandising, salary costs, rents, depreciations, other expenses boutiques. Savings plan for other expenses boutiques of 350K€ in 2017.
• Monthly closing and budget construction: profit control by channel and boutique in a monthly basis.

• Media: campaign monitoring, SAP accuracy. Implementation of automatic booking in SAP. Budget over 20M€.
• Merchandising: monitoring of capex implementation and real state renewal. Implementation of “received invoices” following up system in order to control the real assets of Loreal.
• Marketing: analysis of gifts, animation towards customer, PLV and other promo by brand.
• Other publicity costs: following up of shootings, advertising adaptations, agency commissions. Simplification of processes: SAP purchase orders reduced (up to -120 POs by year)

• Analysis of action´s profitability. Simulation of different scenarios: launches, new clients, coffrets..
