I'm currently consulting with The Mālama Project, a startup leveraging AI, blockchain, and regenerative agriculture to build a sustainable ecosystem in Hawaii. I'm leading the design and development of user-centric digital products that empower landowners, farmers, and communities to adopt sustainable practices. My focus is on establishing product management best practices to drive the creation of impactful and scalable solutions.

As a member of the Amazon Marketplace Web Services team, I was responsible for improving the customer experience and for leading the engagement strategy for the Seller and Developer facing resources. I ran customer research, built and tracked metrics, wrote business requirements definitions, and designed compelling end-to-end experiences globally. I used metrics and customer input to drive desired outcomes.

As a Sr UX Producer on Marketplace I help guide a world class in-house creative team that works closely with key stakeholders, development and leadership to deliver innovative end-to-end solutions that are effortless, intuitive and delight Amazon. Led the design and operations of Seller Central’s pattern library and design system.

I was recruited to support the seller support services change management program for the safety and authenticity line of business projects. I analyzed proposed business changes and collaborated with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve the seller experience while simultaneously increasing the selection of safe and authentic end user products while integrating automation opportunities into operational strategy. During this time, I launched an average of 145 projects each year.

In this role, I successfully launched Nike’s initial ecommerce site in China and developed end-to-end user interface and customer journey integration strategies for the Chinese culture. I defined product and end user features to further support country specific ecommerce business lines, requirements, and front-end customer experience solutions. I also led a team of business system analysts in writing user stories that supported the development of China specific functional requirements and supported $7M in annual revenue.

In this role, I conceptualized, executed, and continuously improved strategies that increased ecommerce orders by 5% MoM while improving the user experience of the small-business and enterprise website. I architected user interactions and screen flows, built conceptual prototypes, developed wireframes, defined evolving user experience designs, managed design pattern library elements, and designed usability tests. This work evolved the user experience across 25 key projects and won a Stevie Award in 2010.

I co-launched and led a startup ecommerce business for renting and selling original art through partnerships with galleries and artists.

While with Starbucks, I developed an enterprise-wide information technology strategy for the company that transformed its online presence. I also created and implemented enterprise-wide technology strategy, roadmaps, and best practice solutions that enabled the on-time and effective completion of complex projects, among other key work.

Developed the functional specifications and managed the development and releases of the Windows XP Tablet PC 2005 Edition Multi User Interface (MUI) and Handwriting Recognition (Reco) packs.Responsible for the infrastructure and core setup technologies for the Mobile and Tablet PC features in Windows. Successfully directed the engineering requirements, standards, processes, and practices across Mobile PC and Tablet PC divisions. Conceptualized, implemented, and managed the content of the Engineering Handbook for communicating the infrastructure, releases, processes, and build system of Mobile PC Business Unit.
