I work with the 38 global Nordic-headquartered companies of the Combient network to enable their digital transformation journey and create meaningful partnerships:- Co-founded and leads Combient Transform, both strategically and operationally. Combient Transform is Combient's digital strategy service offering. In 2023, Combient Transform brought in ~1M€ in consulting services revenue across 17 engagements.- Leads Combient Group's relationship with several of our Associated Companies (currently Atlas Copco, Saab, SAS, Scania and SKF) and drives business development activities, mostly for AI projects in partnership with Combient Mix (now a part of Silo AI).

I worked with the 30 global Swedish and Finnish companies of the Combient network to bring them the best Combient Group had to offer and create meaningful connections within the Combient ecosystem.- Led Combient Group's relationship and business development activities with several of our Associated Companies (Atlas Copco, Electrolux, Fortum, Munters, Permobil, Scania, Stora Enso)- Co-led the Combient Twin program (Twin is the internal news & community website Combient built and runs for our Associated Companies), which includes web development, community building and internal change management. Developed and defended the product vision, strategy, financing and priorities for the overall program. Operationally, I led the project and product management of Combient Twin.- Developed and led joint programs, events and partnerships to accelerate the transformation of Combient's Associated Companies, including our data & AI forum and our connected products forum.

- Collaborated closely with 20 of ENGIE's 24 Business Units local teams to design business models for digital products, and set up frameworks to measure whether these products are reaching their objectives and defend them with ENGIE's digital investment committee.- Advised Business Units on how their strategic digital roadmaps can maximize value creation for their business.- Measured the performance and value creation of all products in the ENGIE Digital portfolio (at the time 40+ data analytics, mobile apps and IoT products spanning the B2C and B2B customer applications, industrial operations applications and enterprise applications) and reported to the investment committee on the success of the products.- Built and maintained the relationship between ENGIE Digital and ENGIE's financial community.

- Managed budgeting, financial processes and corporate reporting for a 100+ people entity with a 30M€+ budget. Provided analysis to and participated in all strategic, legal and contractual decision making at ENGIE Digital.- Led the financial restructuring of ENGIE Digital during the first phase of its transformation to an independent legal entity.

- Senior analyst in the Demand, Climate & Macroeconomics team of the Center of Expertise in Modelisation and Economic Studies (CEEME), part of the Direction of Strategy. - Managed the global energy demand projections project, that combines and analyzes data from many sources to create a large database and actionable dashboards, used company-wide for business intelligence. The project had an annual operational budget of approximately 500k€.- Managed diverse analysis projects on energy demand, climate policy and macroeconomics for various internal clients, creating actionable insights for operational managers. - Provided and presented data-based intelligence for key strategic questions on energy economics subjects.

- Analyst in the Demand, Climate & Macroeconomics team of the Center of Expertise in Modelisation and Economic Studies (CEEME), part of the Direction of Strategy.- Analyzed the coherence of the ENGIE long-term (2040) hypotheses for the evolution of global macroeconomics, energy prices, policies and technologies under different scenarios.- Developped macroeconomic projections at a 2040 horizon for the corporate scenarios which feed into demand and energy price models, to inform ENGIE long-term strategy.- Developped carbon price projections for countries outside the European ETS scheme.

Washington D.C.

- Developed the CGE-W (Computable General Equilibrium - Water) decision tool, a linked economic-water model based on detailed physical and economic data. The model was designed to dynamically integrate water, agriculture and energy within the economy of a country to analyze the macro effects of investments projects.- Realized economic benefit analysis of multi-purpose dam projects in Pakistan (Diamer-Basha dam), Ghana (Pwalugu dam) and Egypt (ex-post analysis of High Aswan dam).- Collaborated on the development of the new version of IFPRI's IMPACT model of long-term agricultural commodity prices. Specialized in integrating realistic models from different fields (climate, hydrology, water allocation, crop stresses and economic) to create policy insights.- Taught classes on CGE and water resources modeling at the University of Agriculture of Faisalabad, Pakistan and the University of Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia.

Greater Boston Area

- Worked on crop and irrigation modeling under climate change. - Developed the CLM-AG (Community Land Model - AGriculture) model, a crop model part of the MIT-IGSM to carry out impact studies under deep climate change uncertainty. CLM-AG was built as a module of the Community Land Model developped at NCAR. It has been and is still used to carry out studies on the impact of climate change on crop water requirements and crop yields.- Participated in other agriculture and water studies at the Joint Program, involving the CliCrop crop model and the WRS water model. These studies were aimed at gettingg a better understanding of the impacts of climate change on crop production and the water resource system.
