As the Brixton Forged Operations Manager, I oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. I have a role where I wear many hats. In my position I lead and work closely with our sales and warehouse staff to exceed performance goals and objectives. I coordinate and manage shipping freight; communicate with freight brokers to ensure efficient and organized shipping flow. I work on inventory management and ensure timely replenishment to meet production demands. Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure products meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. I collaborate with external vendors to create and execute production plans that meet production targets and deadlines. I manage company relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement. I arrange the vendor payments, create remittance records, and record payments for our accountant.

- Report directly to Co -Founder/ VP of operations and assist with administrative duties.- Logistics: Organizing freight, tracking and coordinating deliveries to the showroom, warehouse and clients. Assist with product inventory at the warehouse and merchandise inventory in the Beverly Hills Showroom. - Customer Service: Weekly email updates, phone services, processing orders, mediate escalated issues, work with their sales leader to provide positive interaction. Collect and analyze data to recommend and implement process improvement.- Daily Procedures: Provide information from Showroom to the warehouse. Organize and monitor office operations including client information, filing systems, and accounting. Data entry, review transactions, close out orders, streamline data entry.- Payroll: assist with budget management, coordinate payments, coordinate weekly with the warehouse team on reports and payroll.

Daily functions that assist the Digital Communications, Social Media, Public Relations and Photo Production teams. Assist PR and Photo Studio with all sample inventory management, Assist PR and Digital Communications with all gifting initiatives – ie. placing orders, organizing lists, gift wrapping, shipment. Social Media with GA links for Facebook and Twitter posts, weekly Pinterest upkeep, & weekly email acquisition from Like2Buy to e-Com team,

Developed store strategies to expand store traffic. Created sales goals and provided feedback to corporate leaders. Created a boutique like store from a warehouse type. Re-organized the sample store and maintained its condition with visual merchandising standards. Report of weekly, monthly, and year to date sales. Worked with the design team and operations team on receiving inventory. Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.

Responsible for creating a compelling shopping environment by ensuring above target execution of all company standards related to the in-store & window styling of brand merchandise and implementation of seasonal props. Actively drive results and enhance the customer experience by ensuring that each styling visual moment represents the best of the brand's aesthetic. Participate in the in-styling creative process that would influence the brand presentation within stores.
