Graduated in 1988, I started my activities as a Process Engineer, responsible for the quality of production processes and the products. In this trajectory that started about more than 30 years ago, I worked in the areas of Process, Quality, Maintenance and Production, acquiring knowledge and management experience, including the management of outsourced contracts, implementation and optimization of processes, quality/environment/safety and health certifications and specific training.I improved the learning and use of tools applicable to production processes such as Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, Hypothesis Testing, Lean Manufacturing, MASP, having certifications of Quality Engineer (CQE) and Green Belt.I became a lead auditor of Standards ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Seeking to develop myself more as a people manager, knowing more about the movements of human groups in organizations, I get a master degree at Organizational Psychology.I had experiences of presentations and development of international projects in the USA (Parma - Ohio) and South Africa (Meyerton) at Graftech, in addition to participating in the support of the production of a new model of Siemens-Gamesa machine in the USA (Kansas) and Spain (Pamplona/Agreda), having fluency in English.I taught disciplines related to production and quality management, in graduation courses of Administration and Engineering.I had the opportunity to be responsible for the implementation of corporate guidelines and quality tools in the Shipbuilding Industry and to work as Quality Coordinator in the Wind Industry, in the manufacture of wind turbines.I currently work in Spain, being responsible for the management of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment in the Wind Industry improving my Spanish.I believe I have a profile focused on results through people, technological updating and waste reduction in environments with a high level of pressure.
