Integration of different technologies was key in several applications.Project manager for Lotus Notes R5 application upgrade. Designed and Developed customized version of the standard R5 portal.

Designed Lotus Notes applications to support the everyday operations. Work directly with customers to scope out the issues then provide solutions based on information gathered. I was involved in the full life cycle of applications from Architecture, development, deployment, and training. A member of the R5 upgrade team in-charge of user training of the new client. Responsible for everyday issues with the applications as well as the issues with the remote users dialing-in. Provided leadership among the team to excel and provide the highest quality of work.Provided senior level helpdesk support to the TMMNA organization. Worked on major organizational projects as well as maintaining our corporate work queue.

Supported and troubleshot client and server side issues with Lotus Notes R4 and R5 clients.Worked directly with the North American Lotus Notes roll out team. My responsibilities to the rest of the team was to provide top level assistants and support to the other team members in solving issues.A major focus was the remote users dialing-in making sure they had connectivity to the internal systems.
