Foundation.•Managing and overseeing event ROW for ROLE 3.0.•Provide on-site support during events, in charge handling of all logistic events for participants, committees, and vendors.•Negotiating with various vendors.•Handling event permits with the government, Denpasar, and Badung lifeguards.

•Manage scheduling system to efficiently manage shifts and avoid overstaffing or understaffing.•Schedule routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.•Implement a training program for new hires that covers the expectations and standards of the restaurant.•Oversee service quality, handle customer inquiries or complaints, and address any issues promptly.•Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and track usage.•Analyze sales data, Use sales data to identify trends, popular items, and slow periods, to make informed decisions on staffing, and inventory management.•Track all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payroll to reduce unnecessary spending and keep costs under control.
