Main responsibilities:- Delivering solutions to the clients as per the requirement and challenges- Maintain user satisfaction rate- Conduct research into the industry- Propose architecture and topology of the solution- Educate and encourage clients knowledge of the offered services- Liaise with sales team to do presentation of the solution that need to be offered based on the client potential issues and requirements - Gather issues that need to be solved or something clients want to achieve- Propose roll out strategy of the implementation

- Direct report to Country Manager- Prepare management reports- Implement IT project- Responsible to all IT stuffs including server and networking connection- Help users to solve their IT issues- Analyzing support system development needs- Ensure process efficiency and of business activity- Serve company’s overseas office, partners and branches in the best way and also responsible to IT issue inquiries- Responsible to maintain all assets and system- Prepare needed data and presentation for workshops and meetings with regional or other- Manage internet networking- Monitoring and controlling internal IT policy- Controlling costing on IT project- Test and evaluate bugs on a project regularly

- Develop Project plan from CEO- Describe project from database structure, logic, and user interface of the website- Create schedule and timeline for each project to be accomplished- Distribute tasks for programmers and website designers- Ensure quality of the website including testing bugs and all function related to the website function before launch to public- Monitoring and controlling progress of the project- Manage team to deliver and finish the project on time- Manage internet networking- Work closely with the CEO and report to him directly in monthly and weekly- Create documentation of each project- Reporting IT troubleshooting and project progress- Acting as QA tester in a project- Monitoring delivery time of a project- Maintain quality of running project

- Help clients to solve their problem with our Product- Calling clients to ask about their satisfaction, comments, or any inquiries related to the company’s product- Support clients by e-mail and chat application to explain about the promotion that was provided by the company
