About Agung Nugroho
Working for almost 10 years in the Telecommunication industry has opened my mind to the Marketing world. I have worked in Product Brand Management of IM3 for 4 years, and for the last 6 years, I have been working in Product Technical Development to create International Products, CVM Products, and Core Products. My job is to assemble between marketing target and technical capability. Working in technical and marketing has driven me to master technical solutions and the customer experience of a product.Customer experience (CX) is the important key to selling a product. It has to reflect product behavior, from joining to using until the customer decides to move to another product. Creating a new CX is always challenging for me, especially if a new behavior will be introduced to customers.I am familiar with technical solutions based on marketing and revenue assurance to ensure the product has no leakage. I am working along with the IT solution team to get the ultimate solution. Coordinating with PQA and Project Manager is one of my key roles to ensure the product is delivered on time and has the best CX.Currently, I am responsible for developing Core Product B2C as the most contributed product to revenue. I always wait for new challenges in the telecommunications industry or beyond.
