To Operate and Supervise the process of Power plant from a joint venture company between Qatar Petroleum and Norsk Hydro of Norway. The Qatalum Combined Cycle power plant is composed of two power blocks, each block consists of two Gas turbines GE 9FA and two GE C7 steam turbines. The power transmitted through GIS facility which capable handle to supply to smelter side through rectiformer and utility transformers. It has a dedicated PMS power management system installed to interface with the Aluminum smelter operations, Power Plant and the electrical grid for safe, reliable and efficient operation of the plant in transient time. Involved in creation several SOP related to operational activities in GT, ST, BOP and Electrical area in commissioning phase. Actively engaged in the reliability improvement modifications of the power plant operations and maintenance process with using SAP Platform. Heavily involved in HECS system for Preparation Isolation Permit and Execution of IP as per role as IA in Mechanical, Electrical LV and HV side. Take action to support management functions in achieving KPI objectives and key stakeholder’s expectations.

To Supervise construction of SCPP at Muara Tawar 2 (MT2) owned by PLN. Supervision covered from Planning, Erection and Construction as per contractual and per specification by owner. Make report day to day basis to Mechanical engineer and Head of Mechanical Supervisor for update progress in each area related mechanical construction. Attended meeting weekly basis with Owner and EPC contractor to get solution with every issue that we faced. Involve also with preparation commissioning with Siemens as main contractor.
