Supporting the Head of Non-Traded Market Risk with managing Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) of the UK subsidiary, Clydesdale Bank.Produce and analyse monthly key risk metrics such as Value at Risk (VaR), Earnings at Risk (EaR), yield curve shocks and sensitivities for reporting to the bank’s Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO).Liaise with Treasury to discuss the balance sheet and agree potential hedging strategies to execute. I have a good working knowledge of SQL, Kamakura Risk Manager (KRM) system and Microsoft Office Excel.I have also been involved with other key risks such as Liquidity, Foreign Exchange (FX), Capital and Funding.
