Ensure the involvement of administration and the completeness of supporting documents for credit for other facilities as well as making regular reports to meet banking regulations.5. Improve credit quality, restructuring, rescheduling and extending credit if necessary in order to maintain good quality.6. Cross selling products to new or existing customers to apply the principle of comprehensive service and increase the number and volume of customer transactions (funding and lending).7. Handle the resolution of problems and complaints from customers to maintain credit quality and create customer loyalty.8. Make weekly and monthly reports related to account officer activities to facilitate monitoring the achievement of ao targets.9.
