AXIS TELEKOM INDONESIA, a telecommunications services provider which is offering mobile prepaid GSM services. The company has approximately 17 million subscriptions and reach of close to 70%. It also offers mobile broadband, data, and content services.Responsibility: End-to-end Monthly Payroll Process for more than 850 employees (all level):• Make sure the completion of salary payment process in line with the timeline and performed with high level of accuracy • Make sure all employees have been paid in a timely manner• Process all payroll transactions: new hire, promotion, deduction, loan, resignation, medical, severance pay (UU TK No. 13), etc.• Control and manage Income Tax based on PPh 21 for expatriates and local employees • Maintain and monitor SAP Payroll & Administration ModuleCreate and Submit Monthly Report for HR Operations:• Work with other departments to ensure smooth running of the company (e.g. with Finance department to prepare budget and financial report)• Maintain business relation with third party such as Jamsostek, Tax Office, and DPLK• Maintain head count report and utilize leave report• Maintain data for Salary Review and BonusResponsible for Personnel Administration• Support personal admin in offering, organizing, and drawing up employment contracts and pay benefits for employees, hiring, and terminating employees• Decide on termination of payroll among different employees• Become person in-charge for employees’ retirement plans• Work in a team with Astra Graphia Tech, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Indonesia, Deloitte Consulting• Manage document permits for expatriates (IMTA, Permit, TIN, EPO, etc.)Responsible for Improving Employee Database:• Online e-Pay Slip• Online benefit of maternity, glasses, and leave• Reminder probation/contract status by system
