Current- International account management.- Communication with suppliers such as Apple, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft.- Manage purchases, invoices and lease schedules.- Update customer information using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.- Process IT equipment returns, prepare collections, and manage sales agreements.- Matching information for audit purposes.- Operational support to the sales team to enable efficient management.- Manage customer inquiries and resolve process issues.- Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Logistics, Capturing, Accounting and others.- Standardize tasks and store information using RPA solutions.
