Prepare manufacturing budget planning related manufacturing machine or equipment in order to achieve productivity and cost reduction6. Control and monitor for all jobs of subordinate (Ast Manager/Engineer/Associate Eng/Clerk ) in order to achieve Target Goals related Manufacturing process improvement7. Conduct monthly meeting for reporting Manufacturing process project status to Management8. Participate for quality auditing with internal auditor team for manufacturing improvement and join audit for EMS/Supplier either in Local area or Oversea Area9. Lead team for quality investigation on product failure return from customer and also internal product occured in manufacturing area
