Some achievements ( it's a team work and inter department ) :1) Mapping & upgrading of test bed facility : Complete documentation ( WI, mapping each line testing capability ), vertical pump test rig up to 4.5 tons, installation kit for submersible pump ( ease of installation for all size range ), HMI for automation test & report documents, 315 kW Inverter power supply.2) Standardization for Dewatering product ( Diesel Engine & Electric motor drive ), Complete Manual , “Quick” manual for step by step Service Dept. ( Procedure of Commissioning & Start-up ). 3) Development of Mobile Flood Pump mainly for Ministry of Public Works ( Departemen Pekerjaan Umum ), presented along with Sales Mgr. in front of their team which end up of 10 units order.4) TKDN ( Local Content ) Certification from Ministry of Industry for MCPK, MTC, Omega/RDLO, & the last is HDA 65/13 ( High Pressure Multi Stage Pump ). Note: TKDN certification is a multi departments job ( HR, Purchasing, OP, Finance, Legal, etc. I'll try to write an article about this perhaps ). I remember my 1st TKDN certification was made in 2010 for DnD 100 when I was only an "Engineering Staff", speaking & defining a job to be full fill by each Department Managers ( I have direct backup from PD & HR Senior Manager as since 2 years back this certification process is never succeed ), finally awarded with almost 41% TKDN Certificate.

Some achievement :1) Standardization drawing for Sales Pre-liminary drawing to customer ( approx. 8,000 drawing for several models, 99% dimension will be exactly as per manufacture ) to increase Sales Dept. Speed in sending proposal offer to Customer ( define the pump & motor driver size , with 1 click you'll have the GAD ). This project collaborate with 2 public university in West Java. 2) Develop local controller for NFPA 20 Fire Pump to get at least 15% reduction compare to Singapore ( for non listed / FM approved ). 3) FM Certification as an "FM Fire Pump Packager" , granted on May 10, 2012 ( Just continue the job from resigned Manager ). 4) Define new Base frame requirement to be exactly meet with API 610 to avoid conflict with customer.5) TKDN ( local contents )certificates for "Fire Pump Package" & " API Pump OH2 Type"6) Key note speaker at "Mining Training Seminar" Le Meridien Hotel. First day was Reab Berry & Egils form GIW, I speak on the 2nd day for 4 hrs.

Responsible for all things related to DnD & Slurry Pump product. *) Presented to FMI at Papua ( Me alone ), discuss with their Engineering Manager for existing problem, offering & awarded PO of USD 640K for 4 units of LCC 150 Electric Motor on skid.*) Presented along with Sales Director to Sumbawa in front of customer team, awarded with PO of approx. 2 mio USD*) NOTE, it's sales who open the door, other's will support to sharpen the opportunity.Duty :1. Pricing & offering , proceed incoming PO from customer.2. BOM , WO & Drawing for Production3. Testing of DnD at Test bed4. Respond, define & Analyse warranty claim from Customer for DnD product : warranty or not, whats the cause.

Provide the BOM of pump set assembly and input it into SAP system 4. Checking shop drawing of pump set assembly and sign 5. Supervision of DnD pump testing & comisioning 6. DnD pump field comisioning if required 7. DnD pump technical PIC 8. Perform training for DnD pump if required

Create pricing & offering of selected Pump Units to customer4. Communicate with factory or vendor for best price and delivery. 5. Supporting sales for part details and specification. 6. Process order when order come and make sure all document require are attached. 7. Make agreement & National pricelist for Standard product 8. Technical back-up during sales presentation9. Technical back-up for service during commissioning
