Role & ResponsibilityManagement Safety System (ISO 14001,45001) Waste management system Fire management system Cleaning service & pest control Optimizing the implementation of QHSE Management System and Good Warehouse Practices in the company. Identify discrepancies between QHSE & SGWP implementation and its standards and determine root causes to propose corrective and preventive actions. Conduct internal audits according to the agreed schedule. Support the preparation of external and client audits. Ensure that P2K3 findings and findings related to QHSE will be implemented and followed up. - Ensure all guests receive safety induction according to company standards. Ensure the implementation of the training according to the agreed schedule. Ensure all activities in the company area comply with Safety Regulations and Zero Accident targets must be maintained. Prepare regular reports to Management according to the agreed schedule. Provide regular reports to the Government in accordance with the agreed schedule. Report UKL & UPL & Manifest B3 With SIMPEL Online
