● Teaching about basic computer networking, counting IP address, introduction of networkingdevice.● Teaches mikrotik router about NAT, Firewall filter, Raw, Layer 7 Protocol, Hotspot, IPAddressing, and how to solving when there’s any problem

● Handling and communicate daily problems to customers.● Responsible for escalated network operation.● Daily technical support to handle problem such as Network Element monitoring, EscalationProblem Solving / Trouble Ticketing, Guiding Customers for Handling Problems, and InternalTrouble Ticket’s Coordination.● Create daily report to NOC Section Head (problems and reconciliations)● Follows operating procedures and utilizes established support tools for analysis and reportingrequirements.● Analyze customer problem/needs, provide suggestion related with the customer network ifneeded to solve the problems or meet their requirements.

● Testing application for positive and negative testing with a few checklist● Creating manual presentation how to using the app● Provide training to customers on how to work, operate, existing features, and interpretationof inspection results.● Regularly and periodically conducting visits to customers to monitor instrument performancerelated to the interpretation of inspection results.● Help solve problems related to reagents and test results.● Provide training or refreshing training to customers on a regular basis regarding reagents andinspection results.
