- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy claim tribe leader. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and internal/external user needs.- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the tasks and priorities.- User Stories and Requirements: Write detailed user stories and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders (Developer and Users) to gather and define product requirements.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between claim tribe lead, stakeholders and the development team. Facilitate communication and ensure that stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.- Sprint Planning and Review: Lead sprint planning sessions and review meetings. Ensure that the development team delivers high-quality products on time.- User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product. Ensure that user needs are addressed and incorporated into the product development process.
