- Provide technical, quality support and product solutions to the onsite Hunter Product Developer and Factory Product Developer on the seasonal product development & commercialization process to enable a smooth quality focused transition of product development to 1st production - Responsible for collaboration of Gold Seal Samples, sign off, approval and distribution to the UK office- Responsible for ensuring factory RSL Testing is conducted and passed in the agreed testing labs, liaising with the Hunter - Support collaboratively the T4 & small-scale production trial , sign off and approval - Work effectively with the factory Production / Quality teams on developing SOPs, maintenance and implementation quality control processes and documentation for the manufacturing production/ finishing line. As Quality Production Leader ( 1st August 2010 – 30th September 2011)Responsibilities to managing quality with my suppliers;  Manage and guarantee the quality of the finished products and the components through a quality control at my supplier’s. I archive the results. I define a control plan with my supplier that guarantees the quality and security of the finished products or the components :o DFC Inspectiono DFC FGT Manage and guarantee that all my security or strategic suppliers (defined by the purchaser) have a production license. I identify the products with problems for my activity (withdrawals from sale or significant return rate) with manage KPI for RPM as target to reduce 5% depend on setting target by DPA  Manage and guarantee social assessments at my suppliers’. I guarantee no critical point at my supplier’s (lists defined every year by the quality department) target is “C Level” minimum. Industrialization step to validate with the DIPL and PE commit on a retro schedule communicate it to the people involved (DIPPL Flow/ PE, etc). I alert in case of delay.  I obtain, archive, sign and have each supplier sign the updated and complete Technical File also defined critical point on the product. Manage for Production trial ensure the manufacturing and the conformity of the counter types and initial series units for my products and then have them validated by the Product Engineer (unless I am autonomous on the initial series units) and have them signed by the supplier. Validation SOP, Bill of labor/Product flow chart for each process from cutting to assembly/packing, I apply the sequential homologation for steps 4 and 5.
