Responsible for video (digital video, analog, IPTV) in Jakarta, Bandung dan Surabaya.

• Responsible for all associated with the CAS both software and hardware. • Monitor the performance of the server, checking unused memory, HDD free space, error checking, checking the room humidity. • duty to monitor and find solutions when there is a problem on smartcard activation (SMS) • first aid in the event of an error in the CAS system. • Ensure the backup process on the storage server is running normally. • Ensuring appropriate timing of the STB with Time Server (GPS). • Perform testing on new STB devices. (whether in accordance with the Network, scrambling testing, testing private message, VOD, PVR, OTT) • Ensure EPG properly, create packet/product for sell to cust.• ON AIR Channel, remove the channel. • Rename the channel name, channel number edit. • Scramble channel collaboration with the Mux team. • OTA, STB software upgrade. • Setup force tunning and MAM. • Coordination with Nagravision Singapore and Switzerland if the problem does not solve. • Coordination with vendors on hardware for trial STB.• Become familiar with the behavior of the STB which is used as Hyundai HDT STB, STB color eastern, eastern STB silver, Samsung SD, Samsung HD using ADB software.
