As Eidos grew we understood that traditional organization growth (pyramidal, hierarchical, structures in silos) was alienating, inefficient, and not humane at all. This is why Eidos is embracing a self-organization structure, with functional hierarchy, losing mid-management, and increasing the responsibility and self-management of each member.In this movement, I´ll quit being Eidos CEO, and move to be the Lead of Strategy and Vision. Working on Eidos vision of the future and bringing it to reality through agile management.
