- Selling the products, i.e. Harbison Fischer, Norris, Yokohama, Valvitalia- Achieve the company sales target, which was achieved on 2013 - 2019- Developing new customers- Maintaining good relationship with existing customers by providing support dan information of product- Communicating with principal to provide quotations dan maintaining quality service- Handling client's e-procurement start from new registration until data update- Handling clients in all oil & gas area, i.e., Pertamina PHE SHU, MOR, RU, KSO, BP, Medco- Responsible for promoting and selling products and service for a variety of industries with focus on Oil & Gas area- Listening, understanding, and solving problems faced by customers- Negotiate & close until get the order from customers- Regularly visit & meet the potential customers- Make a presentation, proposals, budgetary and following up the customers- Organize weekly & monthly meetings with the team

- Implementing & Running Database Management Software called Valvkeep- Making the SOP for Valvkeep Division- Technical drawing using CAD Software (Autocad) when purchasing material specification- Cooperate with Account Sales Division to get the data

- Software Implementation- Maintaining and support to customer includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction- Act as strategic partner with customer- Define and document detailed functional business requirements- Identify potential solutions and provide input to issues or risks- Plan projects and schedules
