- Quoting Global and National RFQs (tenders) and analyzing potential strategies based on market information.- Analyzing and providing accurate and necessary information to the sales and customer service departments regarding rates, updates, strategies, and opportunities to achieve business productivity.- Reporting and analyzing import and export volumes (internal and market-based) to identify new business opportunities and the company's market positioning.- Preparation of erosion reports, brainstorming sessions, and semi-annual reports.

- Accounting preparation of shipments.- Invoicing of shipments and/or additional charges.- Monthly closing by cost centers.- Control of incoming invoices from suppliers for their respective payment.- ROCC handover for 6 weeks in Bogota, Colombia.

- Shipment declaration process for exports from Argentina to different countries.- Issuance of shipment documentation.- Customer support and problem solving regarding shipments. - AMS/ACI/AFR transmission for USA, Canada and Japan.- Monitoring and improvement of KPI´s- Support to Uruguayans´ shipments.

- Issuance of purchase orders and link with corresponding invoices.- Monthly invoicing.- Documentation management for clearing (Bill of lading/Airway bill with their respective documents).- "Facturas de crédito electronicas" management.- Withholding control.- Account conciliation.
