Develop and update training procedures and materials in line with the latest process, equipment and technological changes, including writing of training specifications, task analysis, assessments and questionnaires.Conduct academic, theoretical, process and on-the-job training and assessment for National Trainees, new employees, candidates for internal promotions including up-skilling and new technology training.Develop as priority safety awareness and practices during… Show more Develop and update training procedures and materials in line with the latest process, equipment and technological changes, including writing of training specifications, task analysis, assessments and questionnaires.Conduct academic, theoretical, process and on-the-job training and assessment for National Trainees, new employees, candidates for internal promotions including up-skilling and new technology training.Develop as priority safety awareness and practices during training, particularly with National employees and new employees in order to ensure compliance with company safety policy and operational safety procedures (OSRs).Co-ordinate with line management in identifying training requirements through Training Need Analysis in order to develop training courses to meet current needs and future requirements of internal customers.Produce training course schedules and plans so that budgets can be proposed, plans formulated and scheduled to meet departmental requirements for training and assessment.Complete progress reports and communicates the academic, technical and on-the-job training achievements to departmental management to ensure accurate training validation is carried out and recorded in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.Contribute to the training of National employees and others at all levels in order to achieve the level of nationalization set by company policy, current departmental requirements and agreed number of employees that will provide adequate cover for leave and labour turnover.Advise first line supervisors on methods and practices related to training and assessment of competence that will ensure a consistent approach to standards of training, methods of assessment and retention of training records.Assist in the development of programme content and assessments criteria to meet specific departmental requirements and external bodies that will ensure a consistent approach to content, time scale...
