Typescript backend on “Book Builder - Ingram Spark” project:• About the project: users have the ability to create a book from the ground up, with the option to import from various formats such as Word documents, PDFs, or EPUBs. The book is organized into sections, enabling the user to seamlessly modify its interior visual, and design a proper cover using built-in tools. • About the backend: Building an API REST with Typescript + Express to give support to the front-end requirements. It was implemented with the “Clean Architecture” using following Clean Code and SOLID principles. • Main tech stak used: Typescript, Express, Postgress, Google Cloud Run, Terraform. • Tech challengue: Propose a data structure that can store HTML and CSS for later PDF generation using a built-in tool. This structure should support customizable layouts, allowing the addition or modification of new and existing designs while ensuring scalability • My responsibilities: ◦ Built Backend from Scratch: Successfully developed and implemented backend systems from the ground, ensuring robustness and scalability. ◦ Design and implement REST endpoints to facilitate efficient communication and interaction within the application ◦ Design database tables to establish the foundational structure and ensure effective data storage and retrieval in the system. ◦ Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to the Agile development process.
