I work directly with AT&T technicians in a warehouse with all their materials, from wifi boxes to regular set top boxes, as well as their minor materials like fiber optic cable or hdmi cables. I manage the storage location for all their material. Along with managing it I receive it all from our Ryder trucks that drop it off from our Suwanee DC. Whatever the technicians order that comes from the DC, I will receive and before they come in place them in a designated area that belongs to them for them to have ready for the work day ahead. I'm also responsible for the inventory here at my location. I must require all standards for inventory every quarter that RYDER has a scheduled inventory date (mine so far have been perfect.) I process defective equipment and ship it back to a specific location provided by AT&T or RYDER. I also keep the warehouse clean for all the deliveries to be dropped off and picked up in an orderly fashion so the drivers don't stall and run into any problems while they are here. My day to day is fairly busy working directly with the technicians and managers to make sure they don't leave the yard without equipment, also that they leave in a timely manor.

I was in charge of the day to day activities at my location. I tended to all customers that came into the store and inform them of all the policies and sales we had at the time being. I would maintain a clean store as well as be stocked up with all the telephones and accessories. I would order my own supplies and do my own inventory. I would also be in constant communication will all my other store managers in case they needed anything or had any problems I would do my best to help them out or find a solution for them.
