During my tenure, I spearheaded critical projects such as the Tenaris Bay City greenfield project and the Sucker Rods brownfield investment. I also played a pivotal role in the successful execution of TMK IPSCO's $1.2 billion transaction, leading a comprehensive 100-day plan that encompassed 11 facilities in the US and Canada.Furthermore, as VP of Procurement, Central America, I oversaw $2.8 billion procurement spend per year, leading a dynamic team of over 120 professionals across multiple countries. Through strategic synergies, productivity gains, and effective rightsizing, we achieved annual savings of over $300 million. I also took charge of managing a high-volume transportation network, orchestrating the efficient logistics operations of over 1,500 truck shipments per day, as well as significant ship and train transportation.
