Design, planning and content development for face-to-face and online workshops on gender, access to land, climate change for women environmental defenders. Planning and coordination of the Feminist School for Climate Action for rural and indigenous women in Latin America. Facilitation of ENI Argentina's (committee of rural and indigenous women of the Argentinean National Engagement Strategy).Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the recommendations that the CEDAW and the Special Council on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR) have made to the Argentine State regarding rural, peasant and indigenous women. Design and elaboration of shadow reports for the CEDAW and ESCR committees.

The Education and New Technologies Project is a space for research, innovation and academic exploration within the FLACSO, with the aim of developing new perspectives and building knowledge around the transformations and challenges present in the field of education and technology. As its Institutional Development Coordinator, I oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the organization’s initiatives and generate valuable relationships with partners, funders and other stakeholders.

Responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation systems of social programs, Social Investment Strategies, Impact Assessments and Knowledge Management for social organizations, foundations, companies, international cooperation agencies and national and international government agencies. Design and implementation of technological tools.

Assistance and coordination of the research activities for "Yo voto informado" project. I was responsible for the contact and interviews with presidential candidates from the countries of Colombia, Brazil and Mexico. Development of institutional alliances with the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

As training and impact leader, I coordinated a three-member team. I was responsible for all the trainings, workshops, webinars and events for the NGO. I designed, created and developed content for the different types of trainings.I coordinated more than 30 webinars and 60 workshops. In 2016, I created the sub-area of impact with the main objective of understanding the social impact that Wingu produces with their projects. I coordinated the construction of Wingu “Theory of Change” and designed the impact indicators to measure our projects.

Coordinator assitant in the Developing Latin America 2015 (DAL) project. Responsible and coordinator of all trainings, workshops and events of the organization. Design and content development for face-to-face and online trainings.

I designed and co-created the FITS project. I coordinated FITS in two editions in 2015 Argentina-Mexico, and three in 2016 Argentina, Mexico and Colombia. I organized a training in technology and innovative methodologies for more than 1,000 NGOs from Argentina, Mexico and Colombia. In each FITS, I had to lead work teams encompassing between 20-40 members. In Mexico and Colombia editions, I had to coordinate and organize the teams from Argentina during the first months, and then I traveled to each country. I planned and designed five differents agendas, as well as organized and contacted more than 100 speakers from Latin America. I was also responsible for budget and logistic organization. I designed and created alliances with local NGOs in Colombia and Mexico for the coordination of the event.

I provided technical support and policy advice on social development and justice for the legislator. I designed 5 law projects with other advisors. I had to attend public consultations on issues of legislative interest, such us justice, education, and habitat.

I led a team of 30 people. As Chief I generated alliances with the Buenos Aires City government, National Development Ministry and different local NGOs. I had to look and present several projects to International funds and grants. I was responsible for positioning the organization as a reference in the field of youth participation. I monitored and evaluated four projects and recruited volunteers.

In 2011 and 2012 I coordinated the Model United Nations with more than 500 participants in each edition. I also coordinated the Youth Citizen project in schools and poor neighbourhoods, and the Against Poverty event.
