I’m Agustín (pronounced as"Ah-goose-teen"), I am 21 and I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina. My love for tech has been there since day one (or at least since my parents got me a PlayStation 1). I was instantly impressed, but not just on the games; I wanted to know how everything worked behind the scenes. Hardware was my first obsession, but soon enough, I got into software, realizing that it allowed you to do almost everything that you wanted.Getting into AI just felt right for me. I’ve always been fascinated by automation (finding ways to make everyday tasks faster and easier). AI takes that to a whole new level, turning big ideas into reality in ways I never thought possible.I kicked off my career at Scale AI as a Software Tester, where I got the chance to work with some of the biggest e-commerces out there, helping improve their websites with AI. After almost two years in Scale AI, I left it to join Invisible Technologies as a Prompt Engineer, once again working on projects that pushed the boundaries of AI. A few months in, I was promoted to Data Operations Lead, where I’m now leading a team of 70+ brilliant people, all working to refine AI systems and make them smarter in Coding & STEM-related fields.In this leadership role, I’ve picked up some serious skills in management, hiring, team-building, and staying organized. It’s been a crash course in keeping things running smoothly while aiming for big goals. And while I’ve still got plenty to learn, I’m excited to keep growing in this field.
