Analytics Services provide customized reporting services as a client facing team. We work on medium scale projects with 500 S&P companies. ● First approach technical consultant on integrations executed by custom reports in .JSON, .CSV and XML formats.● Usage of the Avature's reporting tool, to produce reports that are supported by it, but too complex to be created by the users.● Redirect to the development team those requests that are too complex for the tool, acting as a bridge between them and the client, or the customer-facing teams.● Be the main point of contact for all inquiries regarding the platform’s reporting capabilities, interacting with customer-facing teams and/or with our customers.● Consult the customers about possible analytics solutions according to their business needs.● Be part of the sales process when there’s complex analytics involved, working with Sales Engineering in pre-sales and scoping, and with Product Marketing to generate demos.● Work with the Product Design and Product Marketing teams, suggesting features to include in the reporting tools.● Consult the Avature internal teams about their KPIs and analytics requirements.

As a payment analyst I worked with complex queries on Visa's gateway and projects management on Salesforce. Also, worked with complex Excel spreadsheets to share results to my Managers and Directors.Worked really close with LATAM vendors to perfectionate users payment experience.
