Research Assistant To Professor Paul Schmelzing
CurrentAs a Research Assistant under the guidance of Professor Paul Schmelzing, I have contributed to pioneering research in historical financial trends. Professor Schmelzing's expertise in monetary history and long-term economic analysis will be instrumental in shaping our insights into financial markets. Our work explores the historical evolution of financial markets and its application to contemporary economic policy. Notably, our collaboration with Dr. Andrew Metrick, the Janet L. Yellen Professor of Finance and Management at Yale University, has led to a working paper on historical trends of financial crisis. My role has honed skills in econometric modeling, quantitative analysis, historical data analysis, research collaboration, and the ability to draw lessons from history to inform modern finance.
