CurrentDevelop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve growth of the business for the Company as well as managing and motivating the sales team to achieve optimal performance in close collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. - Sales Team Leadership: Managing, training and motivating the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives and providing direction and guidance to ensure high performance.- Sales & Growth/ New Business Strategy Development and Implementation: create and execute effective sales strategies and tactics, including market opportunity identification, customer segmentation, pricing, product management, and sales planning. Responsibility for the further growth strategy of the company.- Together with the Managing Director responsibility for the P&L of the company and the annual budget planning and realization.- Sales cycle management: supervise and participate in the sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads, to closing deals and managing existing accounts.- Customer Relationships: maintain & develop strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and concerns, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen the business relationship.- Cross-departmental collaboration: work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and production, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and achieve business objectives.- Represent the company, in functions, events and public relations visits.
