I have over 15 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, and lean six sigma, with a Master of Science Engineering degree and a Black Belt certification. I have successfully implemented and sustained integrated management systems, such as ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and TL 9000, in high-tech and low-tech companies. I have also trained and developed skilled teams, delivered new products introduction, and reduced quality defects and customer complaints. I have extensive international and multicultural experience, having worked with and supported business operations in USA, Israel, China, Canada, Brazil, Italy, and Greece. My mission is to drive quality excellence and innovation where I work and beyond.
