Initially, my efforts were focused on collaborating with the Data Customer Care Team to grasp the existing data models and tools, and with the Customer Service Team to understand their requirements and explore how data could be utilized to enhance operations.Together, we defined key metrics and established methodologies to measure operational efficiency. My major contribution was the development of comprehensive, automated control dashboards. These dashboards significantly reduced manual workloads, enabling the team to concentrate on critical tasks and thereby improve overall operations. My primary focus was on Python for automation and conducting visualization projects using Power BI.After four months, I was promoted to a full-time position as a Business Analyst within the IT Sales & Post Sales Team. In this role, I was responsible for understanding and identifying business requirements and opportunities for improvement.
