Thank you for visiting my profile!I am a 24 years old industrial engineer with a passion for problem solving and I am always looking for new challenges. My professional path is marked by a solid academic background and valuable work experiences.I studied engineering at the National University of Cuyo and did an international program at National Institute of Applied Sciences, where I specialized in performance, maintenance and reliability of industrial systems. During my academic training I discovered a great affinity for project management and continuous improvement.I got my first professional experience in France, working for 6 months at the Novo Norvisk production plant. There I collaborated with engineers, technicians and operators, applying continuous improvement tools to increase the efficiency of the assembly and conditioning lines.Later in my professional career, I assumed the role of Project Manager in ComparaSoftware, where I gained experience in leading teams and managing projects effectively, with a great focus on data analysis.I currently work as Capex Analyst at the Capdeville plant in Holcim Argentina. My mission is to ensure that the company’s investment projects are properly planned and carried out with the expected results in quality and cost, in order to contribute to the company's permanence, competitiveness and growth objectives.My main strengths include management skills and analytical skills, teamwork and leadership. In addition, I have experience in collaboration, BI and CRM tools, as well as knowledge in VBA and SQL.My goal is to continue to contribute to the success of the organizations in which I work and face new challenges that allow me to learn and grow.
