Imanaged the extraction pumps, calculated the flow rate (mm per hour), recorded allirrigation events, among other activities.Cleaning of new fields (deforestation, with its different phases or stages, until soilpreparation for seeding).Achieve volume, quality and cost objectives, in line with budget expectation.Results:What I am very proud of is to have overcome the various obstacles and shortcomingsof an agricultural project in its second year and to have achieved the planting andharvesting targets set by the company. It was a busy environment that I enjoyed and avery fulfilling experience.I prioritized staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning, equipping teammembers, with the necessary technical know-how. I could contribute to andimplement occupational health and safety requirements (OH&S) in work teams.
