As a team leader in aviation practice, I manage work schedules and targets for completing the work in the timeline regarding aviation projects, for instance, lease, sale, and purchase.In legal corporate practice, I draft and review contracts such as lease, sale, purchase, security, and maintenance support agreements. I also supervise the team in the work project to find any legal issues and develop creative solutions. In terms of legal compliance due to the work project, I lead the collaboration with the stakeholders including regulators, public officials, and relevant public authorities to handle any permit and license. In dispute resolution practice, I provide legal services in the form of legal opinions, legal advice, and strategic legal measures related to the handling of disputes that relate to the client needs and interests.
