We currently have more than 100 clients and in 2019 we had the pleasure of winning the Hospitality Awards as the best tourist apartment management company in Barcelona. Executive Creative DirectorYsonut Mar 2008 - Oct 2010Barcelona- En el 2008 (cuando nadie hablaba de redes sociales) luché para que la marca trabajé seriamente sobre plataformas online. Lanzamos una estrategia de Marketing online basada en trabajar estratégicamente sobre tres plataformas: la web corporativa, redes sociales y una red social especifica para los productos con muy poca inversión. El objetivo era: comenzar a hablar con los consumidores de otra manera. - La marca comenzó a hablar con los clientes en Facebook, Twitter, YouTube y demás canales. Algo que ninguna marca del sector lo estaba haciendo. Fuimos los primeros en poner una marca del sector en los medios sociales que comenzaba a charlar e interactuar con la gente. - A nivel web corporativa, aumentamos el tráfico cualificado en el sitio web.- Estratégicamente pensamos que la marca tenía que ir más allá de las redes sociales. Es por eso que creamos la red social http://proteifine.ning.com Esto nos servió para crear un punto de consulta y de unión entre usuarios y la marca. Esto nos daba una información muy valiosa, pero lo más importante fue que los usuarios sentían la marca más cerca de ellos para escucharlos y brindarles las soluciones a los comentarios que iban surgiendo. El resultado: llegamos a los 1500 usuarios activos en muy poco tiempo (actualmente hay 3000).- Además de trabajar todo lo relacionado con redes sociales, nuestro objetivo fue poner a la marca como referente en lo que son el uso de nuevas tecnologías. Logramos poner la red social en plataformas móviles, cambiamos el concepto de mostrar los producto a los clientes haciendo una versión de los brochures de la marca de forma interactiva. Hasta logramos hacer el típico saludo de fin de año de los cliente en una versión que utilizaba realidad aumentada, etc., etc.- Un gran orgullo haber sido el puntapié inicial de lo que fue el marketing online en la empresa y disfrutamos mucha haciendo este trabajo por los constantes desafíos de demostrar la efectividad en la utilización de nuevas tecnologías. -
