1. Managing of Wiring harness parts developing for new and lifecycle projects with supplier design team.2. Developing, modification and managing Vehicle System Circuit Diagram (vehicle wires connections).3. Choosing wire type, cross section area of wires.4. Creating harness routing in all areas: CABIN, DOORS, UNDERBODY, ENG-ROOM are, dynamic bending area for harness layout.5. Check and validation of harness CAD data from supplier: safety/security and workability confirmation.6. Developing and implementing value optimization ideas for cost control of vehicle components.7. Investigation of design concerns, including identification of root causes, develop countermeasures and adoption ofcountermeasures at supplier manufacturing side.8. Continuously managing of harness supplier at lifecycle projects to achieve quality and costtargets.9. Audit proceeding at supplier facility on each project development phase and lifecycle milestones.10. Leading of sourcing activity for local suppliers: validation of supplier quotations, creation of cost waterfall charts, cost walkand roadmap to achieve cost targets and gap closure.11. Leading of design review process for design changes.12. Leading of cost commitment process for harness, harness fixing and relay parts before start of production.13. Being a part of cross-functional team to deliver new value optimization ideas, features and continuously increasecustomer value at vehicle level.14. Negotiation with suppliers to reduce design change adoption timing, increase saving cost impact from cost reductionactivities.

1. Develop production strategy for new designed products: choice parts origin (local, KD), suppliers panel and internal production/assembly/testing metdods. 2. Create RFI/RFQ pack for sourcing of supplier for plastic parts, electical parts (harness) and PCBA. 3. Develop and adopt company lifecycle parts management process, part numbers logic, batch production management system. 4. Invented and adopt value optimization ideas to existing product design for cost reduction and quality level up targets. 5. Proceed with new design parts validation for manufacturabillity. 6. Strong negotiatons with suppliers to reduce piece price for parts.
