In the second year at SSC-ICT, the Transition Program resulted in the formation of an new team, with team members coming from IT Tooling and from two other teams, forming a strong and innovative devops team. I was asked to build the team and lead their talent towards success. The PPMO team is now making good progress in improving portfolio management in quite a self organized way.

As the former PPMO team manager was full time involved in a great Transition Program, I was asked to be her "backfill", leading the team, and further improving project- and portfolio management processes, delivering more benefits to the stakeholders. I was also asked to lead the practical innovation IT Tooling team and help them to reap their benefits and unleash their potential.

An interesting assignment at the Netherlands’ largest energy network company, managing the € 3 M protect portfolio of IT Asset, and contributing to the change of IT Asset towards into an agile organization, facilitating the Q3 Program Increment on my third day on the job. Improving the portfolio management process, project steering committees role awareness, bridging projects with Product Owners and scrum teams. Contributed to more than doubling the number of completed changes/projects, helped to organize the Q4 Program Increment. Transfer of insights and methodologies to my successor.

Donero intended to offer a platform and communities dedicated to improve the quality of life locally.​Donero believed in improving the world by encouraging young people to do good deeds and gain meaningful experiences. This was to be achieved by enticing them to pay it forward by participating in community projects, for which the community may reward them with points, ratings, awards and credits afterwards. Young people who would have completed a social project, could also receive a reward from donors. With these donations, they could fulfill their own desires more quickly. To this end, Donero was to connect various stakeholders in communities on our platform.Donero's ultimate goal was expanding altruism. Unfortunately, Donero did not fly.
