As a crew member at McDonald's, I provide excellent customer service and food quality, while also learning valuable skills in time management, teamwork, and communication. I am also a master's student at the University of Dundee, pursuing a degree in International Business and Human Resource Management, where I study topics such as performance and motivation, leadership, and talent acquisition. I have completed multiple online courses and simulations to enhance my knowledge and competencies in these areas. Previously, I worked as a store management trainee at Starbucks India, where I gained hands-on experience in employee training, store operations, and customer relations. I also completed a four-month internship at EY, where I supported the talent acquisition team in recruiting and hiring candidates for various roles. My goal is to become a successful HR professional who can contribute to the growth and development of organizations and individuals in the global market.
