Engineering Onboarding Training and Audio/Visual technical services

Responsible for the global PCIS organization in the BeautyCare Business Unit at P&G. This responsibility includes driving successful implementation of new product initiatives, driving increased standardization of controls software and hardware in order to better leverage scale, and supporting new controls developments for anticipated future business needs.Success in this role looks like, resource efficiency increase, work process and systemic improvements, faster initiative rollouts.

Responsible for increasing the overall training results of the Beauty Engineering organization globally.

Responsible for engineering and design work processs, PLM systems and organization structures designed to maximize productivity and equipment standardization across the FemCare franchises globally.

Manage mechanical and electrical design information globally.

Working on product initiatives to develop control systems to support the production of the diaper product. This included Allen Bradley PLC, Reliance Automax PLCs as well as other control and instrumentation technology.

Responsible for providing instrumentation and data acquisition systems for the process and engineering community within our company. This included vision system technology as well.

Work in a laser and radar laboratory conducting research on laser sensor technology at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
