As District Manager for IA Auto Finance I am tasked with the development and sustainable growth of the automotive dealer network within the territory. I also manage our current dealer contacts and serve as a trusted advisor. This is achieved through dealer education on IA Auto Finance non-prime products and programs. I also conduct competitive analysis, financial and credit reviews to provide recommendations for approval. The main goal is securing IA Auto Finance as a main source for non-prime finance lending within my dealer network. I take pride in building excellent relationships and improving loyalty by providing premium customer service to support business performance of my dealers. I am passionate about my position with IA Auto Finance and recently was the recipient of the 2018 Distinguished District Manager Award for Eastern Canada.

Central West- Niagara Peninsula

As the Business Development Manager for the Central West- Niagara Peninsula I am responsible for identifying business opportunities in the Automotive, Leisure, Marine and Recreational Vehicle landscapes for National Bank. I work towards ensuring client loyalty by providing efficient sales and after-sales service as I focus on increasing market share and product awareness. Additionally, I work with various bank sectors to develop new products or create a tailored product mix in order to meet client needs.

At EdenPark we provide specialized indirect financing for customers who do not qualify for traditional bank loans. As a Sales director I am tasked with developing business for EdenPark in my designated areas. Some of my tasks include:-Cold calling prospective dealers and setting appointments -Developing and executing strategic sales, marketing plans and promotions on a regional basis-Extensive travel through the region-Training and educating dealers on the evolving non-prime landscape and best practices when submitting applications-Providing excellent customer service and providing on-the-spot transactional service-Successfully exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis

As an Internal Sales Representative I am responsible for managing and developing business to business relationships in Northern Ontario. I promote specialized auto financing by educating franchise and independent auto dealerships about the evolving non-prime market and the potential for expanded business and greater revenue. Due to the high risks nature of non-prime financing this position requires me to have a thorough understanding of the underwriting and funding policies. This ensures that I can fully assist business managers understand our adjudications.My experience includes sales, funding and extensive knowledge in credit underwriting processes. As an expert of our non-prime policies and programs I am required to have a thorough knowledge of multiple internal systems as well as in depth comprehension of external business partners.
